Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.

Requirements :

• Ability to work a 40-55 hour week
• At least 18 years of age
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to handle fast-paced and high stress situations in the store
• Organize and establish priorities in the store with minimal supervision
• Willing to offer opinions and recommendations towards the store and employees
• Ability to take deliveries a plus

Drivers $9-$14 / hr base wage, plus tips and DMR - there is no reduced rate for on the road pay!

Person in Charge (PIC) or Assistant Managers $14-$16 / hr

PIC / Assistant with 6 months of employment and 3 months JJ Manager experience $16.50 / hr

Assistant w / one year at JSB and 6 months JJ manager experience $17 / hr

Corporate Certified Assistant w / one year at JSB and 6 months JJ manager experience $17.50 / hr (approved by Director of Operations)

Corporate Certified Assistant w / 6 months at JSB and 1 year GM experience at Jimmy Johns $18 / hr (approved by Director of Operations)
