• Hourly Max= $60.93
• Effectively implements physician orders, administers medications, initiates IVs, performs treatments, procedures, and special tests, while documenting care in accordance with company policy and applicable rules.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions with precision.
• Conducts thorough assessments and evaluations of patient needs and their responses to care.
• Applies sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provides primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses.
• Administers over-the-counter and prescription medications as directed.
• Collaborates with the nursing team to develop personalized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Directs and mentors ancillary personnel to uphold the highest standards of professional nursing.
