Job Description

• Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess patients' unique needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Leverage evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams : Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic and comprehensive care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers : Guide patients and families through therapy techniques to ensure continuous progress at home.
• Track Progress and Adjust Treatment : Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt therapy as necessary to keep patients on track.
