[job_card.job_description]Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone). Accurately input and update data in our proprietary software and Excel spreadsheets. Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize operations. Assist in creating product descriptions, marketing copy, and other online content. Perform additional tasks as required to support the e-commerce team.
