The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team responsible for the financial strategy, stewardship, and operational oversight of the organization’s fiscal, technological, and administrative infrastructure. This position ensures accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations, drives strategic financial planning, oversees the revenue cycle, and manages Information Technology and office services. The CFO partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and operational leaders to support organizational sustainability and growth.

Essential Functions :

1. Lead the Finance Department to ensure timely and accurate financial operations in compliance with GAAP and

federal / state regulations.

2. Serve as a strategic advisor and core member of the Executive Management Team.

3. Provide financial leadership in long-term planning, strategic initiatives, and regulatory changes.

4. Advise the CEO and Board on financial implications of strategic decisions, partnerships, and opportunities.

5. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure the integrity of financial systems and reporting.

6. Direct preparation and presentation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to internal and external

stakeholders.

7. Oversee annual audit process, ensuring transparency and timely resolution of audit findings.

8. Lead revenue cycle operations including billing and collections while collaborating with Member Services to

optimize cash flow.

9. Manage the IT department to ensure secure, efficient, and scalable technology infrastructure.

10. Oversee vendor relationships and contract performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance.

11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across all supervised departments.

12. Mentor and manage direct reports including Accounting, Revenue Cycle, and IT leadership.
