Our client is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer / Closing Agent to join their team in Baldwin County, Alabama. This role is essential in managing all aspects of real estate transactions, from title processing to closing, while ensuring superior customer service and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including processing title, reviewing title commitments, conducting closings, and issuing title policies.
- Maintain clear, professional, and courteous communication with all parties involved in the transaction.
- Deliver superior customer service that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and core values.
- Ensure critical title information is delivered promptly and accurately to all stakeholders.
- Assist team members with pre-closing and post-closing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Required :
Previous experience in escrow closing at a title company.Strong knowledge of title processing and real estate closing procedures.Preferred :
College degree.Alabama Title Insurance License.
