A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy Specialist 1 (Coordination of Benefits).
Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze multi-client impacts and complex member selections for recoverable Coordination of Benefit claims
Utilize proprietary software tools to input accurate claim recovery information and assist with related inquiries
Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in reporting processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare
Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of Coordination of Benefits required
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications
1-2 years of experience with the company recommended for internal candidates
