Senior Technical Program Manager – Client Implementation & Enablement
Location : Omaha, NE - Onsite from Day 1

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and scale high‑visibility client onboarding and implementation programs . In this role, you will partner across engineering, product, professional services, account teams, and clients to ensure seamless, predictable, and secure integrations. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery for complex onboarding programs and accelerate time‑to‑value for client integrations and migrations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end onboarding programs for strategic clients—defining scope, milestones, success criteria, and acceptance.
- Build and maintain repeatable onboarding frameworks , templates, playbooks, and automation to reduce cycle time.
- Manage technical integration projects across APIs, data migrations, batch / real‑time data flows , and system connectors.
- Run all client‑facing program activities—kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, operations, and vendors.
- Identify, track, and mitigate technical and commercial risks (data mapping, security reviews, legal milestones, integration windows).
- Drive go‑live readiness and early production support, including runbooks, rollback plans, monitoring, alerts, and SLA transitions.
- Measure and improve onboarding outcomes : time‑to‑value, launch success, change‑request volume, NPS / CSAT, and operational cost.
- Mentor implementation teams on best practices (agile delivery, release governance, backlog hygiene).
- Partner with product and GTM teams to influence roadmaps based on recurring onboarding learnings.
What You’ll Bring (Required)
7+ years of program / project management experience, including 3+ years leading technical, client‑facing onboarding or implementation programs.Proven capability delivering complex integrations : APIs, ETL / data migrations, SSO, payment / transaction systems .Strong client‑facing leadership with experience communicating with senior executives and driving decisions.Technical fluency across cloud architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP) , REST APIs, auth patterns, data mapping / transformation, and CI / CD.Experience managing multi‑party dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and client IT stakeholders.Proficiency with collaboration tools : Jira, Confluence, Salesforce , and creating artifacts such as RAID logs, roadmaps, and decision logs.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems , or equivalent experience.Experience in regulated industries— Financial Services, Payments, Healthcare —including PCI, SOC, KYC / AML exposure.Prior experience creating onboarding playbooks, provisioning automation, or data validation tools.Certifications : PMP, SAFe, CSM , or equivalent.
