Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist
• Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Physical Therapist
• 1 years plus clinical practice experience
• Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
