Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)

Pay Rate : $2115.55 - $2318.10

Travel Physical Therapist Home Health jobs in Greenville, SC start ASAP and run for 13 weeks, offering 40 hours per week on a Monday through Friday day shift. You will provide in-home physical therapy, develop treatment plans, and help patients regain independence. This position requires a current South Carolina PT license and prior home health experience. You will document care using the Wellsky EMR system. Mileage reimbursement is provided at $0.70 per mile, and there are no on-call duties.
