Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
- Provide health coaching to patients, promoting wellness and preventive care strategies.
- Educate patients and families about health management, treatment options, and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using ICD-10 coding systems.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of anatomy to assist in procedures and patient education.
Qualifications
Master?s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).Experience working in a primary care setting with adults and children is highly desirable.Proficient understanding of ICD-10 coding systems for accurate documentation.Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing patient care tasks.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.Join our team!
