A company is looking for a Business Systems Analysis Senior Manager to lead initiatives enhancing insurance program technology platforms and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ownership of new insurance program concepts from requirements gathering through implementation
Provide project management oversight for initiatives involving multiple business units
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define system and workflow requirements
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in commercial lines underwriting or operations
8+ years of business systems analysis and project experience
3+ years of proven experience managing teams or support resources
Proficiency in configuring and updating insurance policy administration systems
Expertise in information systems design and implementation within the insurance industry
