Key Responsibilities
Define and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to provide insights to senior leadership
Manage CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy to support data-driven decision-making
Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and collaborate on go-to-market strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in a sales analyst or similar role
Proven experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Solid understanding of customer engagement metrics and KPIs
