Overview :
Ennoble Care is seeking a Dialpad & Systems Administrator – No-Code Platforms to oversee, optimize, and expand our suite of no-code and low-code tools, including Dialpad, Zoho, Scribe, Keragon, and other business-critical applications. This role is key to ensuring operational efficiency across the organization while enabling seamless integration of new systems that support our growth.
The Dialpad & Systems Administrator will manage day-to-day platform administration, design and implement cross-tool integrations, troubleshoot system issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for helpdesk escalations related to these platforms. The role will also develop training materials, document processes, and lead adoption initiatives to ensure teams are equipped to use these systems effectively.
You'll work directly with the Associate VP of IT while supporting projects for the COO and other senior executives, making this a highly visible and impactful position. This position is not remote and will require you to work onsite 5 days per week in the Marlton, NJ office.
Key Responsibilities :
System Administration & Maintenance
- Administer and maintain core no-code platforms (Dialpad, Zoho, Scribe, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, usage, and security
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Data Analytics and Performance Reporting
Become a subject matter expert on systems reportingBe able to create weekly, monthly reporting on operational metricsPull ad hoc reports as needed for executive team and regional leadershipPerform audits and other quality assurance reviews on data setsIntegrations & Implementations
Design and deploy integrations between platforms to improve workflowsLead system migrations or rollouts of new tools as business needs evolveCollaborate with IT leadership and business units to evaluate and recommend no-code solutionsSupport & Troubleshooting
Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to supported platformsServe as a Tier 2 / 3 escalation point for complex system issuesPartner with vendors as needed to resolve technical challengesDocumentation & Training
Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, and standard operating proceduresDevelop training resources (guides, videos, workshops) to improve adoption and reduce recurring issuesConduct end-user training sessions for new hires and existing staffProject Execution
Support projects and initiatives prioritized by the COO and executive leadershipWork with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and align systems accordinglyContribute to IT's roadmap for digital transformation and operational efficiencyQualifications : Required :
3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or business systems management2+ years of experience in leading Dialpad administration, with a proven track record of building processesHands-on experience with no-code / low-code platforms (e.g., Zoho, Scribe, CallRail, Zapier, etc.)Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience with system integrations and API-based workflowsExcellent documentation and technical writing skillsStrong communication skills with ability to train non-technical staffPreferred :
Experience in healthcare IT or multi-site operational environmentsFamiliarity with HIPAA and data security best practicesPrior experience in helpdesk management or IT service deliveryExposure to enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Experience with leveraging AI-based technologies to improve workflowsWhat We Offer :
