Key Responsibilities
Own and execute end-to-end recruiting for various roles including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and advise on talent market dynamics
Manage and develop a global recruiting team, ensuring consistent quality and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
Experience recruiting across geographies and time zones
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions
Comfort operating as a player / coach in a fast-paced environment
