Five Star Painting is looking for a vibrant and proactive Office Manager to assist in day-to-day operations. Satisfied customers are the key to our success. We're in need of someone to oversee the customer experience and ensure a personal, professional, and quality project. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to perform and accomplish without direct supervision.

Responsibilities include :

• Maintain company and office efficiency.
• Maintain appearance of office, organizing, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and projects.
• Social media management.
• Coordinating with staff, customers, and cultivating relationships with vendors.
• Responding to customer and employee requests and questions during and after normal work hours.

Social media and marketing experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google with the aptitude to learn new software and systems is required.

Compensation : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour.
