Position : RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel / Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Columbia, South Carolina — earn up to ($1888 - $1988 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

Utilize data to assess and enhance patient care effectiveness.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience / Qualifications

Current RN license in South Carolina with OR experience preferred.

Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Demonstrated ability to assist in various surgical procedures effectively.

Ability to monitor patient vitals and respond to emergencies.

Experience in maintaining a sterile environment during surgeries.

Strong collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff.

Excellent record-keeping skills for patient care documentation.

Proven ability to utilize data for enhancing patient care.

Willingness to participate in team meetings and strategy discussions.

Experience in onboarding and training new staff members.
