Shall :

• Utilize Six Sigma DMAIC processes to identify waste and areas of weakness.
• Inspect current process and capabilities, define areas where improvements must be made, and develop a plan to tackle non-compliant or under performing aspects of production.
• Assess current waste and scrap levels, perform design of experiments or similar analysis to reduce waste and improve production efficiency.
• Develop a plan of action aimed at meeting customer requirements and company production goals. Qualifications :
• Ability to decrease product waste, labor waste, and non value added time in a manufacturing environment producing large amounts of thermoset urethane products.
• Six Sigma certification, Green Belt or higher.
