Transactional Attorney (Technology)

Staff Attorney, Technology Transactions Group

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a globally renowned law firm with over 500 attorneys and 1,000 employees. We are assisting them in their search for a Staff Attorney to join their Technology Transactions group. You will engage with complex legal issues in the technology, entertainment, and life sciences sectors while supporting a practice that handles some of the most sophisticated M&A and financing transactions in the market.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• 2 years of experience at a major law firm with a focus on licensing / commercial contracts and M&A transactions.
• Experience with a variety of M&A and financing transactions, providing essential legal support, and document review.
• Expertise in preparing written summaries, and disclosure schedules, and maintaining and updating document databases.
• Ability to organize and track due diligence materials, managing information requests and responses efficiently.
• Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft SharePoint, iManage, or other document management software.
