Landscape Architect - Independent Contractor

We are looking for a self-motivated team member to add as anindependent contractor to our company of highly motivated visionaries. This position is 100% remote. Residents in South Florida are preferred butnot required. Flexibility to live where you want to live!

We are a licensed landscape architecture firm in the Stateof Florida. We have extensive experience working with residential andcommercial clients, municipal staff, and developers. Our projects range fromsmall and high end residential to larger commercial and multifamily developments.

We have professional landscape architecture degrees fromaccredited universities. Paul Goulas graduated in 2002 from Louisiana StateUniversity. Brandon White graduated in 2012 from the University of Florida.Both of us have practiced in the state of Florida since graduation.

Compensation :

As an independent contractor you will receive :

• Expected Range
• : $60,000 to $85,000
• An allowance for IRA contributions.
• An allowance for Health, Vision and Dental Insurance.
• Included in the compensation will be paid major holidays and (10) days of personal time.
• The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
• Theactual salary offered for the role will be determined based on a varietyof factors including but not limited to; years of experience, location,level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (aspermitted by law).
