About the Role :

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the manufacturing and packaging of medical devices, as well as assist with order fulfillment in clean room and controlled environments. Your work plays a direct role in ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards—because at the end of every process is a patient depending on us.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain a professional attitude and adhere to company standards at all times

Package medical devices accurately per Bill of Materials (BOMs), routers, travelers, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Ensure all products meet quality requirements and customer specifications

Complete accurate documentation and perform key packaging tasks including line clearance, label verification, and product counts

Conduct final quality checks for labeling, configuration, packaging, and counts

Follow ISO clean room procedures strictly and maintain cleanliness of production lines

Pick and process customer orders from Finished Goods Inventory

Insert customer-specific materials and label, bag, and box products for shipment

Operate packaging equipment including heat sealers, shrink wrappers, and label printers

Support other department functions as needed

Qualifications :

High School diploma or equivalent required

Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Basic computer skills preferred
