Linux System Security Engineer

A company is looking for a Sr. Linux System Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the implementation and maintenance of Linux environments for security and incident response

Write system lifecycle documentation and generate Enterprise Architecture documentation as needed

Perform security hardening and collaborate with teams to improve automated configuration management

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust and complete DHS Security Clearance

10 years' experience administering complex Linux applications in a medium to large enterprise

Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Advanced knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet)

Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
