In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new business prospectsactively generating leads, initiating conversations, and helping potential clients understand the value of custom-branded solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calling daily to drive new leads and business opportunities.
• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential customers across promotional products, marketing, and business sectors.
• Communicate the value proposition of branded merchandise clearly and effectively.
• Build rapport with prospects and schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or product demos for senior sales team members.
• Maintain consistent outreach activity and meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Update and manage CRM records with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and overall prospecting strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, product opportunities, and client use cases to strengthen conversations and positioning.
