Position : Inventory Control Associate

Reports To : Inbound Manager

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

The First Tactical Inventory Control Associate supports warehouse inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, audits, and inventory transactions, researching variances, and preparing inventory reports. This role follows established procedures and works closely with warehouse teams to maintain accurate product availability and inventory records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory audits to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory counts as scheduled
• Enter, review, and validate inventory transactions in the inventory management system as assigned
• Investigate inventory discrepancies by reviewing system data and physical inventory; document findings and escalate unresolved issues
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to support smooth inventory flow
• Assist with inventory improvement initiatives as directed
• Prepare and distribute inventory reports and count / variance summaries using Microsoft Excel and inventory software
• Other duties as assigned
