A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Success Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Senior CSMs
Own hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the Enterprise CSM team
Manage team outcomes for a defined portfolio of top Enterprise accounts, driving retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
8+ years in B2B SaaS in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles
3+ years of experience leading and coaching teams, preferably in Enterprise Customer Success
Proven track record managing a portfolio of Enterprise accounts with significant ARR
Strong people leadership skills and the ability to drive strategic conversations with C-level stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM and Customer Success platforms is a plus
