Welcome to Chelsea Terry State Farm Insurance Agency! Since opening in June 2021, we’ve been proudly serving the greater DFW area and all of Texas from our Plano office, offering personalized insurance and financial services that help families protect what matters most and achieve their dreams.


Our growing team of four is known for its “sophisti-chill” vibe—a professional yet fun and supportive atmosphere where everyone is valued. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Chelsea Terry - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
