Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of grant proposals and manage the proposal process

Support individual giving programs and manage event sponsorship outreach

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of development experience

Experience in grant writing, proposal development, or grant management

Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete projects successfully

Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with project management and organizational compliance
