Job Description :
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the large scale design projects and exciting automation product development, The ideal candidate will be proficient in SolidWorks and experienced in detailing large-scale mechanical systems. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required for consideration.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred (minimum of 3.0 required)
- Proficiency in SolidWorks
- Experience with 2D drafting and 3D mechanical design
- Familiarity with shop drawings and fabrication drawings
- Experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Prior experience detailing large systems is preferred
Responsibilities :
Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.Perform basic engineering calculations and analysis.Develop 2D drafting and 3D design for large systems.Draft and design shop drawings and fabrication drawings.Redline documents and ensure accuracy in technical documentation.Test prototypes and troubleshoot mechanical design issues.Validate components and assemblies to ensure they meet specifications.Prepare technical documentation, including bills of materials and data sheets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Travel as needed for job surveys and site visits.Why You Should Be Interested :
