Surgery - Vascular Physician

Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is currently looking for a Vascular Surgeon to join the group.

Position Details :

• Will be a 1099 Independent Contractor under Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal
• Will do a mix of Vascular and General Surgery
• Clinic Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00AM to 5 : 30PM offers flexibility in scheduling clinic and OR days.
• Call Schedule : 1 in 3 (Negotiable) Group and ER calls.
• Must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery.
• Income Guarantee of $350K in the first year + Productivity Bonus based on collections.
• Productivity based compensation in Year 2 onwards (up to 70% of collections after expenses)
• Autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice.
