Patient Care Representative Call Center
Our client, a forward-thinking healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Patient Care Representative to join their team. As a Patient Care Representative, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting inbound patient inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Applicants must live in Michigan, Ohio, or Arizona.
Pay Range : $18 / hr

Hours of operation :
Monday Friday : 8 : 00 AM 8 : 00 PM EST
Saturday : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM EST
Work schedules may vary within the hours of operation. Schedules are likely to include an evening shift and / or Saturday shift.
