• Lead and develop the Cardiac Cath Lab program with a focus on operational excellence, clinical quality, and patient safety.
• Oversee day-to-day Cath Lab operations and coordinate staff scheduling, workflow, and performance evaluations.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of Radiology & Cath Lab to implement cutting-edge cardiovascular procedures and quality improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and support Cath Lab staff, encouraging professional development and team engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and safety practices.
• Participate in strategic planning and resource management for the growth and sustainability of the program.

Candidate requirements

• Active RN license in the State of California.
• 3+ years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in an acute care setting.
• 1-2 years of management or leadership experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association) required at time of hire.
• CPI certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Previous experience as a Cath Lab Supervisor or similar role is ideal for stepping into this position.
• Comfortable with rapid decision-making and adaptable to evolving clinical environments.
