Material Handler Day Shift (7 : 00am-7 : 00pm)

Work just 15 days a month with a rotating schedule!!!

Certified performance in the following areas :

• Provide materials and packing cartons
• Efficiently inspect and pack defect-free PET containers
• Label product

Qualifications :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and / or experience : One to three months related experience and / or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language skills : Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical skills : Ability to add and subtract and to multiply and divide.

Reasoning ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Physical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk. The employee may lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions; high, precarious places; and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
