Sign-on Bonus : $1,000

Schedule : 2nd Shift - 3 : 00 am to 1 : 30 AM M-Th, flexible start / end times is possible, OT as required.

Compensation : Competitive wage and shift differential.

What Youll Do :

• The Machine Operator is responsible for producing product using manufacturing equipment / machinery.

What We Need From You :

• Operate equipment / machinery, especially turret and bending
• Inspect product visually or using measuring tools or fixtures
• Monitor output and adjust machine settings to maintain product quality
• Willing to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Additional duties as needed

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of manufacturing work experience preferred
• Troubleshooting / problem solving
• Knowledge of the metalworking industry, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements :

• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, or sit for long periods of time
• Continuous standing
• Must be capable of working in inclement conditions, including extreme hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
