[job_card.job_description]Responsible for printing bar codes on the paper stock of the forms. Use the original copy to be sure that the bar code is placed in the proper position. Maintain the lasers by following the maintenance chart for consumables and performing appropriate PM duties. Maintain inventory of materials and spare parts necessary to keep laser printers operational. Submits reorder requests for consumables. Assure compliance with safety and health regulations and good housekeeping practices within assigned areas, as well as compliance with all quality specifications. Maintain all required documentation of work performed and ensure that all forms and materials are labeled properly. Scan the bar codes every 1000 forms to ensure reading correctly. Responsible for maintaining all records and for labeling the rolls that come from the laser. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Responsible for operation of separate Piggyback label operation equipment and Piggyback label application to printed forms. The list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive and may be substituted as necessary. Temperature controlled office and manufacturing environment with large printing and related equipment. Laser / Labeling Department, clean environment, materials nearby and orderly. Sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, leaning, climbing stairs and ability to lift 40 pounds.
