Prepare materials for meetings and events, ensuring the Vice Provost is well-informed
Lead project management and logistical coordination for special events and assignments
Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; 10 years preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office procedures
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
