ROLE DESCRIPTION :

Brad Hornback State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing.

    • (Beginning base salary is $36,000 / year with opportunities for increases over a 2 year period. Well-performing team members typically receive $45,000 - $60,000 in total annual compensation the first year which includes additional bonuses and commissions.)

    Compensation : $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
