Position Summary
The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting project success from initial inquiry through delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and close collaboration with internal teams. You'll build and expand a personal book of business through networking, strategic prospecting, and company-supported sales initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for commercial customers, managing inquiries and service requests
- Work toward annual revenue goals through targeted sales efforts
- Communicate regularly with clients while coordinating with operations to support accurate and timely fabrication
- Maintain accurate client data and follow CRM best practices
- Provide support and troubleshooting for internal sheet metal operations in collaboration with appropriate resources
- Utilize internal systems and software, including a proprietary enterprise platform and Follow Up Power
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and submit all required weekly and daily activity reports
- Build and manage a growing book of business through existing relationships, cold outreach, and industry networking
- Identify, attract, and retain new commercial clients
