Warehouse Associate

Location : Phoenix, AZ

Schedule : Full-time (Temp to Hire)

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Job Overview :

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with pick and pack operations, wrapping CSR parts, and general warehouse duties. If you are hardworking, reliable, and looking for a steady opportunity, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Accurately perform pick and pack tasks for daily orders

Wrap, label, and prepare CSR parts for shipment

Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to meet production goals

Requirements :

Prior warehouse experience, specifically pick and pack

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

Experience wrapping or preparing parts / materials for outgoing orders

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
