Position : Manager of Finance

Salary : $90,000 to $100,000

Location : Uniontown, Ohio

Key Responsibilities (Manager of Finance)

  • Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit financial standards.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Support long-term financial planning, revenue analysis, and multi-year forecasting.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls, financial systems, and accounting policies.
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership and board committees.

    • Qualifications (Manager of Finance)

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred.
  • At least 4 years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP; nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
