[job_card.job_description]Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with GAAP and nonprofit financial standards. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support long-term financial planning, revenue analysis, and multi-year forecasting. Maintain and improve internal controls, financial systems, and accounting policies. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for leadership and board committees. Bachelor's degree in accounting required; CPA preferred. At least 4 years of progressive accounting or finance experience. Strong understanding of GAAP; nonprofit experience preferred but not required.
