We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance and reliability operations. In this high-impact role, you'll drive preventive and predictive programs, optimize equipment performance, and champion continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operations. We're looking for a proven leader with strong technical expertise, 8+ years in manufacturing maintenance leadership, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

The position is located in Bellevue, WA. The salary range is $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Design and implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to improve asset uptime and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs using CMMS and advanced diagnostic tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to address chronic equipment issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and performance standards (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA).
