Position Summary :

The Lead Carpenter is the on-site leader responsible for project workflow, crew performance, quality, safety, and the overall homeowner experience. This role ensures every project is completed the Basements Plus Way—through disciplined planning, clear communication, hands-on coaching, and expert craftsmanship. The Lead Carpenter sets the tone for workmanship, professionalism, and a zero-punch-list standard from start to finish.

Essential Job Functions :

Lead daily jobsite huddles with clear daily / weekly goals.

Ensure work meets all building codes and Basements Plus standards.

Deliver high-end finishes with tight miters, clean reveals, precise joinery, and exceptional craftsmanship.
