We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to help lead our restaurant team! As the Assistant Manager, you'll be responsible for helping the General Manager in managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience.

As part of the financial backbone of our business, you'll be responsible for maximizing profits while keeping costs low. You'll adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize expenses, ensuring that all financial and administrative duties are completed accurately and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Some of the Assistant Manager expectations are :

1) Work 38+ hours a week.

2) Helping in the hiring and development of our team

3) Maintain open communication with GM and DM.

4) Lead our team by example. Embracing our standards at Jersey Mikes.

5) Maintain food safety standards
