Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to ensure successful recovery. Celebrating patient victories along the way. Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience in the field.
