Orca Bio is seeking a high performing Business Project Manager, Customer Platform Solution to serve as the business lead and to execute on the implementation, and evolution for Orca Bios Cell Therapy Ordering and Coordination Platform. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital solution meets the needs and enables hospital partners to access our first in class therapy, Orca-T while supporting seamless operational execution for Orca-Ts commercial launch.

This role requires exceptional business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and strong project management skills . While technical software expertise is not required, proven experience driving strategic business initiatives is essential.As the platform stabilizes, the Business Project Manager will pivot to work on a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Product Supply organizationdriving operational scalability, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement as we prepare for commercial growth.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is eager to learn, and enjoys solving complex operational challenges. Youll act as a utility playerpart project manager, part strategist, part builder, supporting our most critical initiatives from day one.

The anticipated annual salary range for this job is based on prior experience in the role / industry, education, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. For remote-based positions, this range may vary based on your local market.
