Primary Objective : Oversee the development and implementation of Behavior Support Plans for IDD clients who require support with challenging behaviors. Oversees and participates in training all employees in the implementation of basic behavior intervention and Behavior Support Plans. To provide support to Program Managers and the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) in assuring that the clients who receive services from our company are taught appropriate behaviors using techniques that promote dignity and respect.
