We are currently seeking a Senior Manager -Transformation, Strategy, EA & Process to join our team in Remote, Texas (US).

Role Summary

Senior Manager to lead strategy through execution programs. Candidate will own value discovery, process redesign, enterprise architecture, and operating model change across core functions.

Candidate must have functional process experience in at least one of the following key functional areas and guide business cases, roadmaps, and delivery for complex transformations :

Lead-to-Order (L2O), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

Experience in M&A integrations and separations. (is desirable but not required)

Job Description

• Own client outcomes : Serve as engagement lead from vision to measurable value realization.
• Process leadership : Be the process expert in at least one of functional process of L2O, O2C, or P2P; map current to future state, define controls / KPIs.
• Strategy & value mapping : Run C-suite / VP workshops; build business cases.
• Operating model design : Define roles, governance, RACI.
• Enterprise Architecture (EA) :
• Create business capability maps, value streams, and target-state architectures aligned to strategy.
• Define reference architectures and standards for application, data, integration, analytics,
• Technology roadmaps and debt remediation.
• Digital enablement : Translate strategy into platform roadmaps and integration patterns.
• Process & experience design : Apply Design Thinking, and service blueprints to orchestrate process design workshops.
• Program leadership : Stand up / run a Transformation Office; manage risks, and cross-functional teams.
