Our client, a leading technology and innovation organization, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst: ONSITE to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Operations Analyst: ONSITE, you will be part of the Sales Support Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $70

What's the Job?

• Support business performance through data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Maintain and improve project management processes, including goals, deadlines, metrics, and budgets.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
• Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring milestones are achieved and organizational alignment is maintained.
• Establish and optimize business processes, leading change management initiatives.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in operations, project management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data entry, and tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and management principles.
• Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
