A company is looking for a National Operations Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Support Field Service personnel with accurate timekeeping, onboarding, forecasting, and revenue tracking
Manage Electronic Timecard (eTC), including audits and manual entries, and oversee invoicing and supplier setups
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customer service engineers, ensuring all necessary resources and access are provided
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, with graduation anticipated by 12 / 31 / 2026
Minimum of three (3) years of administrative or customer service experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
This is a remote role; no relocation benefit is offered
