We are a well-respected California workers’ compensation defense firm. We defend all aspects of workers’ compensation claims for employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and municipalities. Well-known for being aggressive, detail-oriented, and providing cost-effective managed litigation with a strong ethical core- we believe in innovation, teamwork, and pushing for excellence in every case.

What will your day look like here?

  • Handle all phases of defense in workers’ compensation matters — from intake and investigation, through discovery, depositions, trials, settlement negotiations.
  • Represent clients in cases involving Labor Code § 132a, serious & willful misconduct allegations, etc.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court documents with precision.
  • Work closely with clients (employers, carriers, administrators, municipalities) to counsel them on risk, strategy, and liability.
  • Liaise with medical experts, investigators, adjusters, and court personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in California workers’ compensation law and practice.
